Shipping policy

Order processing times. Typical order processing time is between 5 & 7 business days after an order is placed. Weekends and Holiday are excluded.
Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping options. We are currently only shipping to the United States. We hope resume shipping to Canada soon.

Shipping costs. US Orders from $0.00 - 34.99 are current USPS or UPS rates.
US Orders $35.00 and over will qualify for free shipping. 

Returns, refunds, changes, and cancellations.  Returns are only available for non-customized items. If the items qualifies for a return the item needs to be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The customer will be liable for any return postage.

Changes: Change to a custom order can only be honored within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once a custom order has started manufacturing, no changed can be made.
